This website is operated by Lytemesh Services LLP, B-128, B Block, Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India ("Lytemesh", "we", "us"). For the personal data described below, we decide why and how it is used.

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, business name, industry, city and the message you write in our enquiry and partner forms.
- Technical data that web servers record as standard: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use it to keep the site secure and working.
- Campaign information in the web address, such as which advertisement or link brought you here. We keep it in your browser for the visit and add a short source tag to the chat message you prepare, so we know which of our efforts reached you.
- Anything you send us when you contact us in chat, by email or by phone.
The quiz and the estimator run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to include the summary in a message.
This site does not set advertising cookies. It keeps a few items in your browser for the visit, such as the industry you picked, so it can fill in the form for you. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How the forms work
When you complete a form on this site, it prepares a message for you. You then choose whether to send it to us in chat, by email, or copy it. We receive your details when you send them to us, or, where we have connected a form to our systems, when you submit it.
By sending us your details you agree that we may use them for the purposes below. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Why we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a free automation audit.
- To assess a partner application.
- To keep the website secure.
- To meet legal obligations.
We use your data only for these purposes, or for purposes closely related to them.
If you chat with us, replies may be written or drafted by an AI assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, messaging, email and customer record tools, under terms that require them to protect it. Some of these providers store or process data outside India, under terms that require safeguards. We may also disclose data where the law requires, or to protect our rights and safety.
When we handle your customers’ data
If you become a client, we may handle your customers’ personal data on your behalf. In that case we act on your written instructions under our agreement with you, and the privacy notice for those customers comes from your business.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details that do not lead to work for up to 12 months, then delete them, or sooner if you ask. If work follows, we keep records for as long as our agreement and the law require.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct or complete it;
- erase it, where we no longer need it for a lawful purpose;
- withdraw consent you have given. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: write to info@lytemesh.com;
- act on a nomination, if you name another person to exercise these rights for you if you die or cannot act for yourself.
Grievances: write to info@lytemesh.com with "Privacy" in the subject. We acknowledge your message and tell you what we have done about it. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operating.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal data, including secure connections to this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Other websites
Our pages may link to other websites, such as maps or messaging. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
