Built with approvals, handoffs and clear rules.

Every system we build follows the same rules: the workflow holds the rules, people approve what matters, and customer records stay in your own accounts.

The AI drafts. Your rules decide.

Choose a situation to see where it goes. The workflow checks every message against your limits before anything reaches a customer.

A customer asks about timings. The answer is in your approved information, so it is sent at once and logged.

Six rules behind every build

The same standards apply to every system, for every client.

  • The workflow holds the rules

The workflow controls every business rule and step. The AI reads and writes within those rules.

  • Answers from your information

Prices, offers and policies come only from the information you provide, and we test this before launch.

  • People approve what matters

Quotes, price changes and exceptions wait for your approval before anything goes out.

  • Clear human handoff

Refunds, emergencies and uncertain cases go to a person with a summary of the chat.

  • Protected credentials

Keys are held in a credential store, not inside prompts or on web pages.

  • Separate data for each client

In builds that serve several clients, every record carries a client or institution ID and access is separated by it.

Your data, from first message to removal

A simple, predictable path. You can see and move your records at every stage.

  1. Collect

Only what the workflow needs to do its job, such as a name, a number and what the customer wants.

  2. Use

For the purpose you set: replying, qualifying, booking, quoting or reporting.

  3. Store

In your own systems, such as your CRM, calendar and spreadsheets.

  4. Remove

When you ask. Records can be exported or deleted from your own accounts.

Controls that stay with you

You can change how much the automation does on its own, at any time.

Pause switch

An automation can be paused. Handoff rules can send everything to your team meanwhile.

Approval limits

You set the limits. Anything above them waits for you.

Handoff rules

You choose which topics always go to a person.

Activity record

Automated actions are logged so you can review what happened and when. Detail and retention are agreed per build.

Scoped access

Each build connects only to the tools it needs.

What we design our systems not to do

  • Let the AI set a price, a discount or a policy.
  • Let the agent promise something outside the information you provided.
  • Keep keys or passwords inside prompts or on web pages.
  • Share one client’s data with another client.
  • Send quotes outside your limits without your approval.

How this website treats your details is explained in the privacy policy.

Security questions

Who owns the automations and the data?

Customer records stay in your own accounts, such as your CRM, calendar and spreadsheets. Our workflow and AI providers process messages to do the job. Who owns what is set out in your written agreement.

Can the AI make up prices or promises?

Prices, offers and policies come only from the information you provide, and we test this before launch. AI can still make mistakes, so we review early conversations and anything uncertain goes to your team.

How are keys and passwords handled?

They are held in the credential store of the platform that runs your automation, not inside prompts or on web pages. Each build gets access only to the tools it needs.

Is one client’s data kept apart from another’s?

In builds that serve several clients, every record carries a client or institution ID and access is separated by it. We test this before launch.

Can we pause the automation?

Yes. An automation can be paused, and handoff rules can send everything to your team in the meantime. We agree how in the plan.
